Great company in the Irvine area is looking for a strong ACCOUNT MANAGER-NOT SALES for a large company to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast paced environment. Temp to hire paying $22-24hr

? Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and affiliates.
? Communicate effectively via phone and email to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
? Act as a trusted liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
? Oversee and manage the dispatch process for various service calls, prioritizing timely and effective
resource allocation to meet customer needs.
? Request and submit proposals for additional repairs/services and to correct deficiencies.
? Follow up on completed inspections with affiliates to make sure the reports, paperwork, and invoices
are sent to National Accounts in a timely manner.
? Review the Call Analysis report from your account manager and provide status on work orders.
? Review exception management queue and mark-up queue daily.
? Review all paperwork for completeness and accuracy including the NTE (Not to Exceed) amounts on
customer POs (purchase orders) prior to mark-ups.
? Mark-up/price the service and inspection call properly before submitting to the Account Receivable
team.
